The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:
Eng. House Bill 3292—A Bill to amend and reenact §17C-12-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring motor vehicle drivers to stop when approaching a railroad crossing with moving on-track equipment; defining term; and providing criminal penalties and levying of three points against a violator's driver's license record.
